The building is an adaptation of the battery factory. The lack of partition walls and 4.5 m high rooms create ideal office spaces with a perfect view of the city skyline. As of today, Mercator Nieruchomości consists of the main part, which has recently been extended by two more wings and building No. 2. In total, over 11,000m2 of space is available to tenants. In 2022, the construction of another six-storey D segment began, which offers an additional 3,500m2 of the surface.
